At Ridgley Supported Housing, we take the safety and well-being of our residents seriously. If you have experienced or witnessed an incident, please use the form below to report it. This could include anti-social behaviour, accidents, damage to property, health and safety concerns, or any other issues that require attention.
If the incident is an emergency, please call 999 immediately.
What Happens After You Submit a Report?
- You will receive an email confirmation with a unique reference number for your report.
- A House Manager may need to speak with you to gather more details as part of an investigation.
- If an investigation takes place, we will keep you updated throughout the process.
- Once the investigation is complete, we will arrange a follow-up meeting to update you on any actions taken.
If you prefer, you can submit your report anonymously. For more information, you can request a copy of our Incident Reporting Policy, which is also displayed on the notice boards in all Ridgley Supported Housing properties.
